Daycare Enrollment

Please use the form below to begin the process of having your Rover join us for daycare.

If you haven't already, please visit our Daycamp Information page to see if we're the perfect fit for your pup!

As we are unable to make exceptions to our policies, before continuing with the form, please ensure...

  • your schedule works with ours

  • your dog meets all our Rover Requirements

  • you're happy with our pricing and payment methods

  • you understand we have a wait list and can't provide immediate care

  • and you're thrilled with our unique approach to daycare!

It is important to read and answer each question thoroughly!

Maintaining a wait list is a lot of work and we often get several applications per day.

Only completed forms that fully answer each question will be responded to.

Forms with missing or false information will not receive an email confirmation and will not be added to the wait list.

Once we've received your form, we'll get back to you shortly with our availability and answers to all of your questions.

Thank you!

_________

Rover Requirements:

Is your dog spayed or neutered?
Is your Rover up-to-date on his Rabies, Bordetella & DAPP vaccinations?
Is your dog healthy with no physical or medical limitations?
Is your Rover dog-friendly and comfortable in group settings?
Is your dog people friendly and comfortable with meeting new humans?
Can you confirm your dog has no bite history and has not caused harm to a human or another dog?
Is your Rover crate trained?
Has your Rover fully mastered potty training?
Does your Rover walk politely on leash?
Is your Rover relatively quiet with no excessive barking?

Daycamp Schedule:

Are you able to commit to at least one regularly scheduled daycamp day per week.
Are you looking for long-term care for your Rover, with no end date currently in mind?
Daycare runs Tuesday to Friday, with no care on Mondays, weekends and holidays. Does this work for you?
We are unable to provide care on a drop in or rotating schedule. Does that work with your schedule?
Are you able to commit to completing Rover drop offs within our 7:45am to 10:00am drop off window?
Can you ensure Rover pick up happens within our 3:30pm to 5:30pm pick up window?
We're unable to accommodate frequent long or repeated absences. Does that work with your lifestyle/schedule?
Are you OK to patiently wait on our lengthy wait list before we have a spot for your Rover?
While we are extremely reliable and almost never miss a day of work, the daycamp is a home-based, one-woman operation. In case of a rare emergency, are you able to have back-up care in place for your Rover?

Thank you! We'll be in touch soon!
