Meet & Greet Information
 

We're looking forward to meeting you and your Rover! Please have a thorough read through the following before the day of your Meet & Greet...

Before your Meet & Greet

• Please use the link below to submit a Daycamp Intake Form at least four hours prior to arriving for your Meet & Greet.

    • Password: Rover

    • Please save the form as you go along, as it's quite lengthy and you may need to return to it later.

    • Once completed, please click the Submit button and the form will be sent directly to our secure email.

• Please ensure we have a copy of your pet's up-to-date vaccination or titre testing records before your Meet & Greet.

    • Vaccinations required are:

      • Rabies

      • Distemper / Adenovirus (Hepatitis) / Parvovirus / Parainfluenza

      • Bordetella (Kennel Cough)

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible, as there’s quite a bit of prep work that goes into our Meet & Greets. Thanks!

​

• If possible, it would be helpful to have anyone doing regular daycare drop offs or pick ups attend the meet and greet.

​

• However, it’s best to leave kids at home as the Meet & Greets can be quite boring for them.

  • Please let us know ahead of time if you’ll have any children coming along.  Include their names and ages.

​About your Meet & Greet

​

• You won’t need to bring anything with you, just yourself and your Rover.

  • Please make sure that he or she has had a chance to pee and poop before arriving

  • Please ensure that he or she is on a leash while on the property at all times.

​

• You can expect to be here for anywhere from half an hour to an hour and half, depending on how much chatting we do.

​

• While here, we’ll go over the daycare procedures, answer any questions you might have, and send you home with a waiver form to complete.
